Incredibly Cute Kid Contest!!!

I am hosting my first annual Incredibly Kid Contest!  Beginning TODAY, August 20th, you will be able to submit a photo of your cute kid.   The 1st Place winner will receive a free photo session with Hallingquest Photography, as well as a $50 print credit.  The 2nd Place winner will receive a free portrait session. 

Here are the details:
TO ENTER
- You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child you enter into the contest.
- Child must be 9 years old or younger on the date of entry.  One entry per child.
- Submissions may not be professional photographs.  Snapshots only.
- Photo must be recent (taken in the last 6 months) and must include 1 child only.
- Photos will be accepted beginning August 20, 2011 at 6:00pm (Tokyo Time) via email.
- Only photos e-mailed to hqphotos@ymail.com with the subject CUTE KID CONTEST will be accepted.
- Include your child’s name and age in the e-mail, as well as your name and contact information.  Child's first name and age will be posted for viewing.
- Contest open to anyone in the Misawa area.
- Every entry will receive a $20 print credit towards their next session with Hallingquest Photography.  Limit one per household/family.  Must be used by December 1, 2011.
HOW PHOTOS WILL BE JUDGED
- All entries will be uploaded into an album by Hallingquest Photography on the Facebook Fan Page.
- To vote for a photo you MUST be a ‘fan’ (or ‘like’) Hallingquest Photography on Facebook.
- Click ‘like’ for the photo you are voting for in the Hallingquest Photography album labeled ‘Summer 2011 Cutest Kid Contest’.
- Photo with the most ‘likes’ will be the winner.  Comments permitted and welcomed, but WILL NOT count toward the total number of votes.
- All images will be added into the album at the same time and thus will have the same amount of time to accumulate votes.
- Entries (photos) may be submitted until Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at 11:59pm (Tokyo Time).
- Voting will begin on Thursday, September 1, 2011 when photos are uploaded.
- Voting will close on Friday, September 9, 2011 at 11:59pm (Tokyo Time).
- Official winner will be notified and announced on Saturday, August 9, 2011.
WHAT YOU WILL WIN
- The parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo that receives the most ‘likes’ will receive a free photo session (for up to 4 immediate family members - featuring your CUTE KID...   $25 fee per additional person) with Hallingquest Photography and a $50 print credit.
- Photo session must be booked within 30 days of winning and completed before December 1, 2011.
- Prize retail value is not redeemable for cash and cannot be altered or changed in any way.
- Additional prints and products will be available for purchase.  Please inquire for price sheet.
- Not redeemable towards newborn photography.
- 2^nd place winner will receive a $50 print credit with Hallingquest Photography, which must be used by December 1, 2011.
- All other entries will receive a $20 credit toward their next session with Hallingquest Photography which must be used by December 1, 2011.
- No other promotions or discounts can be applied to prizes.
- Prizes are not transferable to other persons.
- Winners must be willing to sign a portrait contract.
